With over 25 years of experience, Tarek is a seasoned executive specializing in consulting, banking, investment banking, fintech, edtech, and technology consulting. His expertise lies at the intersection of strategy, technology, and operational efficiency, which has enabled success across multinational corporations, fintechs, startups, and turnaround projects. His career spans the MENA region, including Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, Jordan, Egypt, and Libya.

Throughout his career, he has led the development and launch of technology-driven products that have generated over USD 5 billion in revenue and established competitive advantages for the organizations he has served. He has also advised leading companies on mergers, acquisitions, and spin-offs, with transactions exceeding USD 150 million. In addition, his leadership includes serving on boards and participating in investment and product development committees.

A graduate of Applied Science University with a degree in Business and Marketing, he has further honed his skills through advanced training with esteemed institutions, including programs led by Harvard professors. Born in Kuwait with roots in Jerusalem, he is passionate about woodworking, sailing, camping, and wilderness survival. His dream is to retire on an olive farm nestled in the hills of Palestine.
